At Skilcart, we are dedicated to providing high-quality digital products designed to support creators, entrepreneurs, and marketers. Due to the nature of our products, which are delivered digitally and accessible immediately upon purchase, we maintain a strict no-refund policy.

Please read this policy carefully before making any purchase to ensure you fully understand our terms.

2. Digital Product Nature

All products sold on Skilcart are digital downloads (e.g., reels bundles, templates, design resources, content kits). No physical products are shipped.

Once a digital product has been purchased and accessed, it is impossible to return, and ownership cannot be revoked. For this reason, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.

3. No Refund Policy

By purchasing from Skilcart, you acknowledge and agree that:

All sales are final.
No refunds or exchanges will be given once the order is completed and the digital product is delivered.
Requests for refunds due to buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or dissatisfaction with the product after download will not be accepted.

4. Exceptions

We understand that exceptional circumstances can occur. Refunds may be considered only in the following rare cases:

File Corruption: If the files you receive are corrupted and cannot be opened or used, and we are unable to provide a working replacement.
Failed or Broken Downloads: If you are unable to download the product files despite repeated attempts, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue.

5. Process for Requesting Support or Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund under the exceptions listed above, you must:

1️⃣ Contact us within 7 days of purchase at skilcart@gmail.com.
2️⃣ Include your order number, email address used for purchase, and a detailed explanation of the issue (with screenshots if possible).
3️⃣ Allow us up to 3–5 business days to review your case and respond.

If your case qualifies, we will either provide a replacement file or, in exceptional circumstances, issue a full or partial refund at our discretion.

6. No Chargebacks

By purchasing from Skilcart, you agree not to initiate chargebacks through your payment provider without first contacting us to attempt to resolve any issues. Unauthorized chargebacks will be considered a breach of these Terms, and your account access may be suspended.

7. License Revocation

In the event of a refund (if granted), your license to use the product will be revoked immediately. You must delete all copies of the product from your devices and may no longer use or distribute any portion of the product.

8. Responsibility of Buyers

It is the buyer’s responsibility to:

Read all product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
Understand what is included and what is not included in the bundle.
Verify compatibility with their intended use or platform.
